Probably you installed Microsoft Office System 2003. It registers .mmw file extension as Media Catalog File regardless of the fact that this extension has already been registered with AceMoney. The only thing you can do is reassociate it again. Next time Windows asks you a question to choose a program, please select C:\Program Files\AceMoney\AceMoney.exe.
