 Unable to download from Citibank

Solution

Contact your bank and ask them to enable Direct Connect for your account. If they ask you about the software used, tell them it's Quicken 2012. AceMoney accesses Citibank using the same protocol as that version of Quicken. As far as we know, Citibank charges $9.95 per month for Direct Connect.

In Online Setup, select "Credit Card" in the first box, and then "Citibank - new" in the next box.
