I lost my license and no longer have a serial number, help!
Solution
Please submit a ticket and provide the following information:
* Approximate order date
* E-mail address used for that order
* Full name on the lost license
* Method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc)
* Last four digits of the credit card (if credit card was used) or PayPal transaction ID.
