 Unable to download from Bank of America

Solution

Contact your bank and ask them to enable Direct Connect for your account. If they ask you about the software used, tell them it's Quicken 2014. AceMoney accesses Bank of America using the same protocol as that version of Quicken. The bank may charge you $9.95 per month for Direct Connect. Please check with them.

When you click on Download transactions, select "All dates" in the Predefined periods box. If you get the "code 2015" error, then rather select a custom date range of a few recent days, and make sure the ending date is yesterday's date, not today's.
